    OESD Embroidery Design Formats Most machines or embroidery software programs will open one of our provided formats, even if it is not the "default" format. For example, .exp and .dst formats are more universal formats and can be opened and used in many different brands of machines and embroidery software. When you buy designs from OESD, you receive them in a multi-format download. All formats in which the designs are available are included. Whenever possible, we make our designs in the following formats: .art .dst .exp/.exp+ .hus .jef .pes .vp3 For Longarm Quilting designs we include the following formats: BQM DXF HQF IQP PAT PLT QCC QLI SSD TXT Yes, you can size designs you buy from OESD via your embroidery software or your machine. The industry standard recommendation for sizing a design is about 20%, whether larger or smaller. When you go outside this range, you'll often find that the stitch types no longer work. For example, satin stitch outlines will become too wide if a design is scaled too large. If scaled too small, there may be too much detail in a design. Try BERNINA's free sizing software Artlink. We always recommend checking the size of a design before purchasing. The dimensions of each design are given on their product detail pages. You can also sort designs by size when you are searching our site. Some file formats, like .sew and .pcs, have limitations in design size and file size that prevent us from making them available for all our designs. In these cases, we recommend using a software program first to size your design and then save it to your machine format.

The login in box will appear. Click on the link “Forgot your password”. 4. Enter the email address assigned to the account and click on the “Reset Password” button. You will receive an email to the email address you provided that will contain a link to reset your password.  Please check your SPAM folder if you haven't received the password reset email within a few minutes.  5. Click on the link in the email and you will be directed to the password reset page. Enter the new password in the first box and then enter the password again to confirm. Hit the “Continue” button. Your new password is now saved. If you are still having issues with your password, email us at support@oesd.com and we will be happy to help assist you.

    Need to change your address?  Changing your mailing address is easy!    Go to %%GLOBAL_ShopPathSSL%%/ and log into your account. Once logged in, click on the Person Icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. This will direct you to your account pages. Now, click on the Account Settings Tab as seen below   Once you are on your Account Pages, select the Addresses Tab. You can now add, delete, or update your address.   To Edit your address, click on the "Edit" button. When you have finished making your edits, please be sure to click on the Blue Save Address button to save your changes. If you need further assistance, please email us at support@oesd.com.

    How to Add, Edit and Delete a Payment Method 1. Open your browser and go to %%GLOBAL_ShopPathSSL%%   2. You can also sign out of yrou account by clicking on "Sign Out".   5. To add/edit/delete a “Payment Method”, click on Payment Methods in the middle of the screen.   7. To add a new payment method, click in the box “Add New Payment Method”.   8. Fill in all required fields with credit card information as well as the required fields under the “Billing Address” section. Click on the “Save Payment Method”. NOTE: Billing information MUST match the billing information with the Credit Card entered. 9. To Edit the Billing information on a Payment Method, click on the “Edit” button. 10. Edit the billing address for the selected Credit Card and hit the “Save Payment Method” button. NOTE: You can not edit the Credit card information when you edit the Saved Payment Method. You will need to delete the Credit Card that needs updated and enter the new Credit Card information by selecting “Add New Payment Method. 11. To delete a “Saved Payment Method”, click on the “Delete” button.     How to use a Gift Certificate and/or Coupon/Promo Code A Gift Certificate is a code that will carry a dollar amount balance and may be used at any time until the amount on the certificate is depleted. A gift certificate can not be used to purchase Spree Club, however.  All other items are available to be purchased using a Gift Certificate. A Coupon/Promo (discount) code can be used to discount regular-priced items.   Coupon/Promo Codes are specific to Virtual Events, Promotions, and Sales on our site.  This coupon code will have restrictions and cannot be used indefinitely.      How To Use a Gift Certificate Log into your account at oesd.com Place items in the cart that you would like to purchase.  Once your items are in the cart, proceed to Checkout. Once on the Checkout screen, your order summary will be viewable on the right side of the page.   Enter your 12-digit Gift Certificate number (including dashes) in the box labeled “Coupon/Gift Certificate” and click “Apply”.  If the Gift certificate is valid, the amount of the order will be applied to the balance of the Gift Certificate.  If the order amount is under the Gift Certificate amount, the remaining balance will still be available on the Gift Certificate.  If the Order amount is over the Gift Certificate balance, additional payment information must be entered.   After the Billing, Shipping, and Payment Information are entered, click “Place Order”.     Does OESD Offer Custom Digitizing? OESD non-licensed designs are drawn by our artists in house here in Oklahoma City to meet the demands of customers.  OESD currently offers over 50,000 non-licensed designs. These designs are fully editable and can be used on personal projects, gifts, or items to be sold.  All licensed designs are created under license from artwork drawn by various artists and digitized in house.    While our team works on a schedule about a year out, we love to hear our customers ideas.  Just send an email to support@oesd.com and we will share your idea at our next Art Party!    Unfortunately, we do not offer custom digitizing.     We recommend that you reach out to your local sewing machine or quilt shop and ask if they have any local recommendations for you.
