OESD Return Policy

 

Physical Product Return Policy:

1) Only unopened products in new condition can be returned.

2) You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date of any issues or problems with your order.

3) Send an email to support@oesd.com to receive a return authorization. We cannot accept your product without a return authorization.

4) Unopened product must be returned to our office within 30 days of the delivery date.

5) A restocking fee of 15% will be charged.

6) Our team will review your return and process a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Downloadable Product Return Policy:

All downloaded designs are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.

Shipping Charges

Refunds on Shipping Costs:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

• the item was damaged or defective upon arrival
• We shipped the wrong item
• Your order was canceled before it was fulfilled and shipped

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10 business days], depending on your bank or credit card provider.
